1. General Provisions and Legal Grounds

This Privacy and Data Protection Policy (hereinafter — the "Policy") is the official document of the online platform "Jyotish Helper" (hereinafter — the "Service" or "Administration"), governing the collection, processing, usage, and protection of technical and account information of Users.

By using the web interface, registering an account, or purchasing a software subscription, the User unreservedly accepts all processing conditions set forth in this Policy.

Data processing is conducted in strict accordance with the legislation of Ukraine regarding personal data protection, electronic commerce, and international data protection standards (including GDPR principles).

2. Categories and Scope of Processed Data

The Service processes only the minimal technical data strictly required for the reliable execution of calculation algorithms:

  • Account Information: email address, User ID, and username provided during registration or authentication via Clerk Auth.
  • Coordinate Calculation Inputs: timestamps and geographic coordinates (longitude and latitude) entered by the user to perform mathematical computations within the modules.
  • Technical Metadata: IP address, technical session tokens, system cookies, operating system details, and browser version.
  • Payment Data: The Service does not collect, process, or store payment card credentials (full card numbers, CVV codes, expiration dates). All payment operations occur exclusively on secure gateways certified under PCI DSS Level 1.

3. Purposes of Data Processing

Data is used strictly for the following legitimate purposes:

  • Granting authorized user access to paid software platform functionality.
  • Maintaining technical records of active subscription tiers and renewal states.
  • Delivering technical support and operational notifications regarding scheduled maintenance.
  • Preventing unauthorized access and maintaining calculation server fault tolerance.

4. Third-Party Data Disclosures

The Administration never sells, transfers, or discloses personal or computational data to third parties for marketing or commercial gain.

Technical data transmission is strictly confined to service counterparties vital to operating the SaaS platform:

  • Licensed banking institutions and payment gateways to record transactions.
  • Cloud infrastructure and encrypted database storage providers.
  • Government authorities — solely where required under applicable laws pursuant to a court ruling.

5. Use of Cookies

The website employs technical cookie files solely to maintain user sessions and preserve local interface preferences (e.g., active language, visual theme).

Users may disable cookies in browser preferences; however, doing so may impact the functional rendering of interactive calculation workspaces.

6. Data Security and Account Deletion

All traffic between the user and servers is encrypted via SSL/TLS utilizing 256-bit cryptographic protocols.

Users retain the right to request full deletion of their account and all associated records by reaching out to support at: djoitish.support@gmail.com.
